What is WMO?
The days where a solitary design agency or development team can design and deploy a successful online platform for a business are gone. In today’s business environment, the online platform of a business is increasingly layered and heterogeneous.
Website Management Outsourcing (WMO) is the contracting of the website management and full web site environment to a third-party servicer. WMO is an outsourcing service typically afforded to small to medium-sized companies, that don’t have a specific internal web department or web-marketing team.
Plenty of people appraise a webmaster to be primarily responsible for website management. The first tasks of the webmaster are various. Content placement can be part of a webmaster’s duties, while content formation in most cases is not. However, websites are not plain text sites any more.
Online concernss now need the skills of designers, hosts, developers, project leaders, editors and marketing experts in addition to a staff project team in order to create a useful online habitat. This has raised the demand for WMO services.
The most natural examples of WMO are website marketing, website management, website development, website design, support and maintenance, and website project management.

Sharon P asked: I am single. I do not make enough money to be able to save for my funeral. When I save money some emergency always comes along to take it. I do not want my family to have to pay for my funeral expenses.
All I want is enough to bury me and that won’t be a fancy affair. I am 49 years old. What should I buy?
pebbalop - I had never heard of Funeral Expense Insurance. That is why I asked the question. To find out my options. Thanks for letting me know there was such a thing.

Brian B asked: ssentials in a Funeral Notice
Getting a
funeral notice is always sad and for some shocking therefore, even if it does not seem important anymore, especially when you are dealing with the death of someone close, you need to ensure that some details are mentioned clearly in order for all the family and friends who were close to the deceased be able to pay their last respects.
At the time of a funeral the last thing you want to do is give indications separately to people over the phone or in person where the funeral will take place, the included directions will help some and you more then you can imagine.
The funeral notice should also carry different other arrangements, if any, such as, viewing for those that want to see the deceased for one last time and where most people will come to pay their respects to the deceased and extend their condolences to the family.
Other Details That You May Consider Enclosing In the Funeral Notice
A
funeral notice can also have a few lines expressing the love and grief of the family for the deceased but it should be short and sensible describing his or her character, what he or she meant to the family and the way he or she will be remembered. Funeral notices are usually placed in the local paper for all those concerned to be read however most families will also send private funeral cards to ensure that all family members and friends have present on this sad day. Sometimes funeral notices are also placed in public places such as, the church board or a club where the deceased was a member.
How to Word a Funeral NoticeWording a funeral notice can be hard especially for the family members who are the ones that will need to work out the notice however, there are ready made notices available that only need a few details, such as the name and the years of life of the deceased and which will make your work a lot easier. You can also ask your family and friends for help in everything you do in a funeral for this is a time when you will need all the love and care you can get to be able to get through these extremely rough and emotional times.

Anne2 asked: How often do you change it? Assuming there are no funerals in that time, to take it to.
What is your best funeral casserole receipe?
This is the South people, and Yes people die, and when that happens, you take the casserole out of the freezer and take it to the wake. And something new is a video, of the dead persons life, with pictures and favorite music, that we show at the wake. People are going to die regardless or not, I put a casserole in my freezer. Would you wait until someone is hurt, before buying a first aid kit.

Steve Goltiao asked: If you are looking for something a little special as a funeral keepsake to remember those loved ones who have now departed, look no further than the ideas that are provided below.
1. Remembrance Heart
This funeral keepsake is a beautifully carved semi-precious stone heart that comes with a personalized note card and is packaged in a beautiful organza drawstring bag.
Not only can this heart provide them with a memento that can be passed down from generation to generation but it will also provide your loved ones with comfort when grieving over their loss.
Certainly family and friends will cherish the memories even after the deceased has left them and many find the soothing effect of holding on to these heart shaped stones a real comfort during the funeral service.
2. Photo Funeral Programs
If you are looking for something extra special for your loved one who has now departed, a photo funeral program may be the ideal choice. Not only does it provide you with a program of the funeral service but it also includes information and photos which provides you, your family and friends with lasting memories of those that have now departed.
Normally a photo funeral program is made of 4 colour printing both inside and out, will include a photograph of your loved one, either a special poem, bible text, a small brief history of their life, an obituary and if you so wish some special text that you have chosen.
3. Floral Memory Ball
Why not create a lasting memorial to your loved one with a floral memory ball that not only celebrates their life but is something that you, your family and friends will cherish as it sits in your china cabinet or hangs in a prominent place in your home.
A floral memory ball consists of flowers (each flower is carefully selected) from the funeral service that are freeze dried for long life and then enclosed in an acrylic sphere. To finish it off, an engraving is included of your loved one’s name and the dates of birth and death.
As you can see, funeral keepsakes no longer just have to be the usual memorial stone. There are many items now available that will help you keep the memories of your loved one for years to come.

dyer_maker asked: I heard this teaser this weekend from a medical student. Apparently, they ask this question to people to know if they are psychopaths. If you can answer it right away, you may have bizarre tendencies. You have all the elements to answer it, you don’t have to elaborate complex theories. Ok, here it comes:
A young girl is at her mother’s funeral. She meets a young man she had never seen before, but who’s there as a part of family. She instantly falls in love with him. A few days after, she kills her sister. Why?
